Fenugreek

Family: Leguminosae
Indigenous to the countries on the eastern shores of the Mediterranean,
Fenugreek is also cultivated in India, Africa, Egypt, Morocco, and occasionally
in England. The leaves are used in curries, or as a vegetable, and the
very young leaves can be used in salads. The seeds are ground and used
as a spice.
